We are also a perfect starting point for the world famous illuminations.

All ensuite bedrooms

Room 1 - A lovely front facing bedroom with plenty of natural light courtesy of 2 windows including a bay window which allows extra floor space for use of our travel cot. This room consists of one double and one single bed so can be ideally used for a family of 3 or 4 (with cot) or as a twin room.You can see a moving image of this room by clicking here

Room 2 - Consists of one single bed making this room ideal for short/long term workers, contractors or conference delegates.

Rooms 3 & 6 - Both these rooms each have a double bed. You can see a moving image of this room by clicking here

Rooms 4 & 5 - Two rooms which each contain one double and one single bed again being ideal for families of 3 or can be used as twin rooms (ie. 2 people wishing to sleep in separate beds in the same room).

Room 7 - Our large family room with one double & 2 single beds plus space for our travel cot so can sleep as many as 5 people.

We also have another Guest House just 3 doors away at 'No.25' which can accommodate couples and families with breakfast served here at 'No.31'. Room descriptions for 'No.25' are as follows-

Ensuite Family Room 1 - Our largest family room consisting of 1 double bed, 1 single bed and also has the option of double futon bed or travel cot, sleeping a maximum of 5 people.

Ensuite Double Room 2 - Contains double bed with room also for single fold-up bed or travel cot if required.

Ensuite Family Room 3 - Contains double bed and single bed also with room for a travel cot.

When enjoying your holiday with us Blackpool Tower and other popular attractions are a short tram journey away, or why not take one of the many Horse & Traps available. Just a 10 minute walk takes you to Bloomfield Road home of Blackpool FC. We are a small friendly run Guest House which offers full English breakfast to fulfil the heartiest of appetites and always extends a warm welcome to all our guests from couples and families to conference delegates and contractors. We do not cater for all male/female parties.
